AYVAZ
AYVAZ was established to produce taps in 1948. The firm which renews the product sorts, started producing bronze ship valves in 1960. Also by producing special constructed valves and armatures, import takes more place for AYVAZ in 1970. In 1980, construction of metal bellows technology was gained from French Colourstat Firm and started investment in technical plant metarials construction. Then the production of level regulators, steam traps, non-return valves, level controls, butter fly valves, flexible metal hoses continued respectively. AYVAZ A.S., which coproduces thermostatic and pressure reducing, pnomatik and motor controlled valves with a German leader firm, also is the distributor of ARI Armaturen for German valves since 1996.
Because of the increase in the product inquiries, AYVAZ needed to move to Avc?lar factory in 1984. This factory goes on working at that 1500 m2 place with 5 floors. By the passing time that leads us to 21.st century, AYVAZ follows developing in Turkey and worldwide, this causes making higher capacity for new investments.
The firm doubled the production in the new factory in 2002. This factory is on 30 acres, 7500 m2 base area and it has 22500 m2 closed area. Because 40% of our turnover is by import and export AYVAZ increased the investements in this department for the year 1998, AYVAZ has customers at 49 different countries. In the export, Italy takes 40% ratio Germany 15% ratio, Portugal 4% ratio and others has 3 - 7% ratio each.
Totaly 280 people work for AYVAZ in the factory and management buildings. There are 38 whole sale distributors in Istanbul, Izmit, Ankara, Adana, Bursa, Izmir and Corlu. Regionally 40% of the Turkish turnover is from Istanbul, 25% Ankara, 12% Izmir, 8% Adana, 8% Bursa and 7% Corlu.
The 35% of the AYVAZ's production is due to natural gas market and the company serves all the Turkish industrial market. For this market the counters and oven fittings for flexible metal hose are produced. Also for the other sectors, rubbers & metal expansion joints, steam traps, non-return valves, level controllers, steam traps, butterfly valves, vacuum breakers, strainers, ball valves and other kinds of armatures are produced.
AYVAZ which brings quality, shows all newness and technologic improvement, has the aim for giving the best to the customers.
AYVAZ, planning to enlarge the service market by new investments in year 2003, goes on the new developments and researches with concentration.

Alsi
The company of industrial and sanitary equipment ALSI, Poland, was founded in 1980 and produces gas equipment. The company have got many Poland government’s and different West European structures’ awards. It is the basic Poland plant in gas-meters producing and verification.
The company has got FE regulator producing license from Pietro Fiorentini – the famous Italian concern and supply Poland market with all range of Pietro Fiorentini’s goods. At present ALSI have three plant/base: in Poznan, Zakrzhevo and Belogard.

Thermomatic
Thermomatic Srl (Italy) was established in 1952 by Marcello Contarini, Doctor in Mechanical Eng., presently President and General Director. With almost 50 years of activity, Thermomatic is one of the oldest specialists in the manufacture of heating appliances in Italy.
Right from the beginning Thermomatic has been leaning to Quality and modern Technology, and was the first to introduce in Italy the mechanical atomization of the fuel in the fan assisted burners, thus starting the age of the "Noiseless Burners" (1953). Since that time Thermomatic have dynamically followed all the developments of the heating technologies, and specialized themselves in the manufacture of Oil and Gas Burners and of Wall Gas Boilers for domestic use.
An "ever green" objective of Thermomatic is the realization of Top Quality products. This is achieved through a constant and serious activity of Research and Development, and above all through an artisan care and strict checks along every stage of the production procedure. Before leaving the factory, each appliance which comes out of the Thermomatic assembly lines undergoes a complete operational test.
